Lmao there is so many but, I'll choose a definite two.

 Janelle Monae is definitely one of the most over-looked/slept-on artists of the decade... she's not for everyone but, she's so under-promoted by her label and would be a worldwide star with proper marketing and a smart push.

 Phoenix is one of my favorite bands of all-time. Their nowhere near corny, or stupid like the Beatles. But instead they have this weird but sick style of combining electronic-laced melodicism with the sensibilities of 1980s UK pop, giving us the results with a dance-floor sensibility. Also, their mostly UK so not a lot know about them. *kanye shrug*
